Miss Kathy is the owner and says that her job can be summed up in 3 steps; order, pay, and put away! Kathy works the closing shift Monday through Friday and whenever necessary to "get things done." Kathy always dreamed of owning her own business so Hallowed Grounds has been a dream come true for her! She likes her job so much she worked for nothing but coffee and biscotti in the beginning;)! Cold brewed coffee is Kathy's drink of choice during the summer months. The rest of the year she claims to start her days with coffee, switch to tea in the afternoon, and beer or wine after 5:00 - sounds like a plan!
